Look around the web a lot and you will see that many people are searching for the Motorola Xoom price but, unfortunately it won’t be that easy to find. The folks at Motorola are being quite shy about how much this little puppy costs right at the moment. That’s all part of the marketing ploy to keep us consumers on the edge enough that we think we need constantly updated information.
The Xoom is the first Android based tablet and is slated to be out the first quarter this year. That’s the best information we have now. It features a lot of cool things such as a 5 megapixel rear facing and 2 megapixel front facing camera that also shoots 720 pixel video. Why they didn’t go to 1080HD is anybody’s guess? It also features a 1280 x 800 resolution 10.1 inch screen, an HDMI out, 32 gig of internal memory, 1 gig of DDR RAM memory and a built-in e-compass, gyroscope, barometer and accelerometer, all totally cool specs to make this appeal to the masses.
But what about the Motorola Xoom price that everyone wants to know about? Well obviously since this is supposed to be the iPad killer, it had better be on par with a price entry point of $500 or less to even compete. yes, we all want a hand held computer now, but if you can’t compete with the reigning king of this gadget space, your efforts could be a total flop.
Meanwhile, Wavee.com will probably have this item once it comes out and you can be sure that the price will be substantially under the street price depending on how people bid. Join up Wavee and maybe you could see the Motorola Xoom price under $25. Wouldn’t that be nice?
